Hot Bench

The jewellery Hot Bench is rentable by the half day, day, or week to experienced jewellery makers. It is situated in our main Jewellery Workshop and has access to hand tools, rolling mill, ring stretcher, kiln, draw-bench, Seivert torch, microweld, and more! We also have space in our wee workshop, The Stewart Studio, if you need a bit more room.

Room For Rent

We have one whole room currently for rent which would suit a variety of artistic purposes. It makes a lovely studio for one, but also big enough to be shared.

Approx 15m2 (162 sq ft)
South facing window so nice and bright
Right now it’s got some stuff in it, or it could be empty, or we could negotiate if you wanted to use some of the stuff
You can do anything you want to walls
Currently features a draped wall with interesting layers of beautiful old wallpaper behind the curtain
Use of the Exhibition Room to showcase your work and meet customers
£212 per month (discounted price due to strange wall/ceiling) , plus share of electricity (about £35 per month), on a rolling monthly lease agreement
Price includes access to WiFi and share of business water rates
Plus access to studio sundries such as cleaning products, first aid kit, toilet roll, and other fun shared things like a vacuum cleaner and printers (inkjet and laser!)
